As per our returns policy, we can reject a request for a refund if there was a mistake made on your part or if you simply changed your mind. If we made a mistake with your order or if your order arrived damaged you may contact us at [email protected] and we will review your  case to find the best possible solution, which sometimes may result in a refund of the product.
