How do I return a product if I’m dissatisfied with it?​​

As per our returns policy, we can reject a request for a refund if there was a mistake made on your part or if you simply changed your mind. If we made a mistake with your order or if your order arrived damaged you may contact us at [email protected]

Are there any items that are non returnable or have special return conditions?

All items that you wish to return must be sent back unopened and in good condition so that we may use the components again. Please note that you will have to cover the return costs too, should there be any.

How long does it take to receive a refund after returning a product?

Please allow 1-5 business days to pass as the money gets transferred back to you.

Will I be refunded the shipping costs when I return the products?

The shipping costs may be refunded only if the product is being returned to us due to an error on our part or because it is damaged.

Is it possible to exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund?

Not quite, but we do offer a redesign service. Essentially, we will let you create a new design or tweak the original one, with the only constraint being that the size be the same. We will then cross reference the original design and the new one to f
