Why is my Brick Me design pixelated?Updated 15 days ago
In brick mosaics, each brick is essentially a "pixel". This means that the smaller the mosaic is, it has less bricks and therefore less pixels. Less pixels means a lower resolution, which for images with a high level of detail, can look very "pixelated". The mosaic size is one of the things you can change when editing your design (although a larger mosaic increases the price).
If your brick mosaic preview looks very pixelated, try these quick fixes:
Zoom: Try zooming in more on the faces or just in general. This will increase the clarity of the mosaic.
Increase mosaic size: This will increase the number of bricks, which essentially work like pixels in a photo. The more you have, the clearer the mosaic gets.
Remove the background: You can use our “remove background” filter inside the creator. It can help make the overall image clearer once the background is gone and you can focus more on the subject/s.
