In brick mosaics, each brick is essentially a "pixel". This means that the smaller the mosaic is, it has less bricks and therefore less pixels. Less pixels means a lower resolution, which for images with a high level of detail, can look very "pixelat

The baseplates do not connect directly to each other. The best way to display the mosaic is to mount it on a wall. You can do this by using wall mounting strips or a frame. We offer both of these as optional add-ons on our website.

Not quite, our bricks are compatible with LEGO bricks, but we manufacture our own high-quality precision-made bricks because the available colour palette from the LEGO Group is simply not sufficient for the quality of brick mosaics we want to achieve
Not really, they can be as big as you want! We recommend you use the desktop version of the creator app if you want to order a large mosaic to gain access to more robust editing features.

Yes! the creator app will generate a preview for you as soon as you upload your image and click on the "Brick Me" button. If you are using the mobile version just beware that due to the smaller size of the screen your mosaic might appear more detaile
The number of bricks in a picture will change depending on the size that you select, however each baseplate has 24x24 studs and can hold up to 576 bricks. Additionally, your kit will always contain extra bricks of each of the colours included.
Since every Brick Me kit is highly personalised it is quite hard to reuse the pieces to build a different design, the new image would have to match the original very closely and even then you would need additional pieces to complete the new picture.

We call these boxes flatpacks, you won't receive one for every colour included in you kit, however the ones you receive can be used to temporarily store your bricks once you have opened a pack, this is so you can store them safely and not have to put
Yes! However, we recommend that you be careful when you try to remove them as the adhesive is quite strong, be sure to start by pulling from the bottom part of the baseplates.

Our baseplates come in one size: 24x24 studs (19.2 x 19.2 cm). You can combine these baseplates to create brick mosaics of a wide range of sizes. For example, 3 x 4 baseplates (12 baseplates total) will give you a size of 76.8 by 57.6 centimetres.

We recommend getting one pack of nano mounting strips for each baseplate in your mosaic. So for example, a 3x3 mosaic will need 9 packs, a 3x4 will need 12, etc.
